TERMS OF SERVICE — o10

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the o10 mobile application (the “App”), operated by o10 (Coffee Shop) (“o10”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement under applicable law. If you are under the minimum age required in your country, you may use the App only with parent/guardian permission.

2) Account

• You may sign in using email and/or third-party sign-in options if enabled.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree not to create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

3) App Features

The App may include:

• Ordering coffee shop products using virtual Coins
• Wallet balance and history
• Table reservations for local social games (e.g., Uno, Domino, card games)
• Referral system and levels
• Random coupons
• Symbolic prize draws

4) Orders

• Product availability and prices may change without notice.
• Prices are displayed in Coins.
• We may refuse, cancel, or adjust an order for operational, security, or technical reasons (e.g., out of stock, suspected abuse, errors).

5) Reservations

• Reservations are subject to availability.
• You should arrive on time; repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions.
• We may cancel reservations due to exceptional operational needs (maintenance, private events, emergencies).

6) Referrals, Coupons, and Draws

• Eligibility rules may depend on referral levels or other criteria shown in the App.
• You must not manipulate the system (fake accounts, automation, abuse). Violations may result in disqualification, loss of benefits, or account suspension.

7) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Break laws or infringe rights
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the App
• Exploit bugs or manipulate wallet/referral/draw systems
• Harass staff or other users

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed for security. You may stop using the App at any time.

9) Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, o10 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum permitted by law.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia.
